Dr. Swaroop Sampat Rawal, is a Ph.D. degree holder in Education from the University of Worcester, England. She is also the first person to earn a Double Doctorate at the University of Worcester. Winner of 1979 Miss India title and a popular face in the Indian cinema, she has been working relentlessly in the field of education.
She has done commendable work Pan India in the field of education and also headed many educational programs for children to teach life-skills in primary schools.
She was awarded the Most Committed Person of the Year in Inclusive Education at the 4th International Early Childhood Conference and was also selected as the top 10 Global finalists for the Global Teacher Prize. She has authored 2 books – Learning Disabilities in a Nutshell: Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia as well as Practice Pursue: 10-Day Bagless Approach to Pre-Vocational Education.
