Srikanth AK

CEO

AK is an inclusive leader with experience of 25+ years around the globe across different industries. He comes with a vision of imparting high-quality early childhood care and development in an inclusive and environment to every child. An MBA from the Case Western Reserve University and an engineer from BITS Pilani, he has worked with major corporations such as Nestle, the Cleveland Clinic and OCS in India, America, and Africa.

When not at work?

AK is a director, producer and writer. Married to the famous Bharatanatyam dancer, Savitha Sastry, they have together worked on several award winning short films.

Dhiwakharan Naidu

CHRO

Dhiwakharan is an HR leader with over 30 years of professional experience in corporate human resources management across corporates like Nokia, 3M, Capgemini and EDS. In addition to expertise in people function, he also comes with immense experience in corporate governance, managing enterprise growth and leadership coaching. Dhiwakharan has completed his Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and is an alumnus of MSSW-Madras School of Social Work and XLRI. Dhiwakharan guides the people function in KLAY weaving a strong team that works together and builds a happy workplace.

When not at work?

Dhiwakharan is an executive coach and guest faculty in Business schools. He is a nature carer and his love for animals is limitless. In sports, he actively follows MMA, Hockey, Karting and Trekking.

Shruti Madhavan

Head of Revenue

Shruti is a seasoned Sales and Operations professional with over 20+ years of experience across Education, FMCG & Services Industry. She has handled diverse set of leadership roles in various organizations like Unilever, Revlon and 24 Mantra Organic. Shruti comes with a passion of making a remarkable contribution to early childhood sector and takes pride in nurturing an enabling environment which recognizes the inherent challenges that women come to work with. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration and is certified for Strategy & Leadership in VUCA World from IIM-Bangalore. She believes in ensuring that children get the much needed stimulating environments with KLAY.

When not at work?

When not at work, Shruti loves to listen to music, travel and be around her dog. She is a young pet and plant parent and likes to spend time with them.

Arshleen Kaur Kalra 

Head of Academics

Arshleen is a PMP certified professional with over 18 years of experience in Training and Education across different countries. Arshleen has led large scale operations and training functions in the areas of end to end Learning Life Cycle & Product Management. She has worked for corporates, universities and schools like Airtel, Zee, Videocon and ArcSkills (GEMS Education). She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration. Currently, she is leading the KLAY Learning Architecture providing the right balance between play and learning under expert care.

When not at work?

Arshleen, an avid traveler, finds joy in creating beautiful memories with her toddler, embracing the wonders of the world outside of work.

Meghna Yadav 

Head - Training and Development, Child Psychologist and Family Counsellor

Meghna has worked for more than 20+ years in the field of Early Childhood Education. Counselling of families and pre-school functioning with renowned organisations is Meghna's foray. She shares her expertise across USA, Singapore and India. Her success stories include the launch of Parent Academy and Read & Reflect Program for more than ten thousand parents. She has completed her Masters in Child and Adolescent Development, San Jose State University, California. She is the backbone of training, development and parent partnership initiatives at KLAY.

When not at work?

When not at KLAY, Meghna works in her orchard of Pomegranates and loves to be closer to nature. She also volunteers for waste segregation drives in communities and writes poems and articles.

Martin Mathew

Head of Business Development

Martin comes with over 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry working with organizations like The Oberoi Group and Marriott International. In his previous engagements, he has driven successful relationships with clients across global markets and led exceptional business growth. Martin is a post graduate in business management from Christ University. Martin endeavors to propel corporate partnerships and engagements with innovative growth strategies.

When not at work?

When not at work, Martin indulges in his passion for football, supporting both Bengaluru FC and Arsenal FC and Graphic Novels.

Santosh Kumar

Head of IT

Santhosh is a technology and business professional with 20+ years of dynamic experience. His areas of expertise include building technology set-ups, identifying technology trends and controlling risks. He is an IT graduate with an MBA from ISBM. At KLAY, he leads Digital Transformation, Service Delivery Excellence, IT Governance, Information/Cyber Security & Data privacy with IT Compliance Governance.

When not at work?

Santosh loves spending time with his family and friends, especially his kids when not at work.

Himanshu Garg

Regional Business Head - Bangalore & Chennai

Himanshu is a Sales & Operations professional in the fields of Strategic Alliances, Operations Management & Business Development with over 20+ years of experience in the FMCG & Education industry . Himanshu is a post graduate in Commerce.

When not at work?

Himanshu loves doing photography, admire nature and playing table tennis and cricket. He is also a travel enthusiast likes to explore new places which are close to nature.

Sohil Virani

Regional Business Head - West

Sohil is a sales professional with over 15 years of experience across the Education, Timeshare & Retail Industry. He comes with a rich experience in Strategy & Planning in the childcare sector with an exceptional success in scaling up businesses. He is a Science graduate with an MBA.
