The Nanny@Home program is one of the formats that you can opt for your child under our KARE solution. Under this format, our trained nannies will support you with your little one’s childcare needs which also include their bathing, massaging and nap times.
Under this format, our nannies can support you with your little one’s childcare needs for 5 days a week for a duration of 3.5 to 8/9 hours, depending on your needs and requirements.
The Nanny@Home Program is for children from the ages of 6 months and above.
If you opt for the Nanny@Home format within our KARE@Home Program, our trained nannies will support you in all your childcare needs that include keeping the child engaged all the time through active interaction, ensuring that a routine is followed, help with feeding, diaper changing, massaging, bathing and putting the child to sleep and helping the child practice self-care and basic hygiene.
Our nannies will also ensure to follow a clean-up process after every activity they engage your child with as well as take your little one for nature walks when required.
At KLAY, your child’s health and safety always comes first and under our Nanny@Home program, we ensure that our nannies strictly follow the required safety & hygiene protocols before signing into the child’s home right till the end of their day. All our nannies also go through comprehensive health and safety training as well as mandatory POCSO, POSH, First Aid, CPR and Fire Safety training.
Before our nannies leave for the day, they will ensure that all the child’s toys that have been used are cleaned, sanitized and put back in their respective places.
Yes of course! However, it is advised that the parent accompanies the nanny and child during the walk.
Going shopping along with the parent and child, does not come under the scope of work for our Nanny@Home program.
The washing of utensils and clothes or any other household work does not come under the scope of work for our Nanny@Home program.
Support in household chores does not fall under the scope of work for our Nanny@Home program. During the child’s nap-time, our nannies will help sanitize and clean the child’s belongings/toys and also monitor the child while sleeping.
As per our policy, we request you to stick to the timings and timeslots that you opt for or those that are mentioned. This helps us plan and schedule our nannie’s time efficiently. However, in case you wish to change the timings opted for, do get in touch with your Centre Director. We will try our best to accommodate your request wherever possible.
