Shruti is a seasoned Sales and Operations professional with over 20+ years of experience across Education, FMCG & Services Industry. She has handled diverse set of leadership roles in various organizations like Unilever, Revlon and 24 Mantra Organic. Shruti comes with a passion of making a remarkable contribution to early childhood sector and takes pride in nurturing an enabling environment which recognizes the inherent challenges that women come to work with. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration and is certified for Strategy & Leadership in VUCA World from IIM-Bangalore. She believes in ensuring that children get the much needed stimulating environments with KLAY.

Debraj is a seasoned business operations leader with 25 years of experience in India and overseas. He has led strategic growth and service excellence in various health care companies like Apollo Hospitals, SAC Healthcare and Glocal Hospital. Debraj is an expert in business operations, service excellence and Mergers & Acquisitions. He was part of multiple high-value acquisitions that lead to strategic growth of various enterprises. Debraj is committed to customer-centric innovation and sustainable business models. She shares her expertise across USA, Singapore and India. Her success stories include the launch of Parent Academy and Read & Reflect Program for more than ten thousand parents. She has completed her Masters in Child and Adolescent Development, San Jose State University, California. She is the backbone of training, development and parent partnership initiatives at KLAY.
