She has handled diverse set of leadership roles in various organizations like Unilever, Revlon and 24 Mantra Organic. Shruti comes with a passion of making a remarkable contribution to early childhood sector and takes pride in nurturing an enabling environment which recognizes the inherent challenges that women come to work with. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration and is certified for Strategy & Leadership in VUCA World from IIM-Bangalore. She believes in ensuring that children get the much needed stimulating environments with KLAY.
Arshleen is a PMP certified professional with over 18 years of experience in Training and Education across different countries. Arshleen has led large scale operations and training functions in the areas of end to end Learning Life Cycle & Product Management. She has worked for corporates, universities and schools like Airtel, Zee, Videocon and ArcSkills (GEMS Education). She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration. Currently, she is leading the KLAY Learning Architecture providing the right balance between play and learning under expert care.
Meghna has worked for more than 20+ years in the field of Early Childhood Education. Counselling of families and pre-school functioning with renowned organisations is Meghna's foray. She shares her expertise across USA, Singapore and India. Her success stories include the launch of Parent Academy and Read & Reflect Program for more than ten thousand parents. She has completed her Masters in Child and Adolescent Development, San Jose State University, California. She is the backbone of training, development and parent partnership initiatives at KLAY.
Martin comes with over 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry working with organizations like The Oberoi Group and Marriott International. In his previous engagements, he has driven successful relationships with clients across global markets and led exceptional business growth. Martin is a post graduate in business management from Christ University. Martin endeavors to propel corporate partnerships and engagements with innovative growth strategies.
