Event Policy for Sunny Side Up 2025
1. General Information
1.1. These terms and conditions govern participation in Sunny Side Up 2025, organized by KLAY Preschools and Daycare.
1.2. By registering for the Event, parents/guardians agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of their child.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Event is open to children aged 2 – 10 years for existing KLAY parents, 3 – 10 years for non – KLAY parents.
2.2. KLAY Preschools and Daycare reserves the right to refuse participation if a child does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Registration
3.1. All participants must be registered in advance through the official registration process.
3.2. Registration fees must be paid in full before participation.
3.3. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by KLAY Preschools and Daycare.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All participants must adhere to the rules and instructions set by KLAY Preschools and Daycare and event staff.
5.2. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and KLAY Preschools and Daycare reserves the right to remove any participant without a refund.
6. Photography and Media Consent
6.1. By attending the Event, parents/guardians consent to photography and videography of their child for promotional and archival purposes.
6.2. If a parent/guardian does not wish their child to be photographed, they must notify KLAY Preschools and Daycare in writing before the Event.
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1. KLAY Preschools and Daycare is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the Event.
7.2. Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold KLAY Preschools and Daycare harmless against any claims arising from their child’s participation in the Event.
8. Cancellation and Changes
8.1. KLAY Preschools and Daycare reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions and safety concerns.
8.2. In case of cancellation, registered participants will be notified, and a refund may be issued at KLAY Preschools and Daycare’s discretion.
9. Data Protection
9.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of respective state jurisdiction.
